I have 29 years of training time, I also have 18 years of experience coaching, and 13 years practicing aerial Hoop specifically, I´ve worked with the biggest and more important Circus companies in the world and have directed many shows myself. My techniques are a mix of so many disciplines Which makes a unique complete style, Before I learned hoop (on my own, cause no one else was) I did, ballet, competitive  gymnastics, Capoeira (martial arts) , musical theater, contemporary dance, and I  use all of this art  while I do hoop , try me and you will see yourself!

The GOAL is to show you so many pathways on the hoop and ways to transition and get from shape A to shape B in a flowy, seamless transition, after 8 different choreographies, you will understand enough of the hoop, the spin and the spanset,  that going to new transitions will come natural and the magic can happen, endless ways to play on the hoop will be open for you, but you must need to lear how to move around the hoop first, second: You flowing and free styling very naturaly!!
