Itzel has taught gymnastiand since she was 15 years old, teaches Capoeira, and Create a Circus company 2007_2009 teaching her artist, she also share her knowledge and personal technique in places like Costarica, Mexico, United States, Germany, Canada, Singapore, etc... teaching from begginers to advance and even professionals.
From workshops and regular classes, to privates and On Line coaching all over the world.
She regularly taught aerial hoop, flexibility and fitness at Shine Alternative Fitness a very respected Circus Fitness Space in Las Vegas ,NV. USA. From 2018 to 2020
Itzel started her online coaching program in 2019, now she is teaching online in 25 countries around the world!
Currently Itzel opened a Studio/ retreat in Puerto Vallarta Mexwherewhere she coaches local and outsiders who come for Training vacations and enjoy of the beautwherebeach paradise that is PV while getting intensive Training with her at La Casa de Circo
