- **5 Days of Intensive Aerial Hoop Training:** Enjoy 1 or 2 daily sessions, each 2-3 hours long, covering flow, spin, spanset work, aerial boot camp, yoga/mobility sessions, and more. Our program is adaptable for different skill levels from intermediate and up.
- **Minimum Skill Requirements:** To participate in Goddess, you should be comfortable inverting, able to perform at least one or two pull-ups, and knee hangs. You should also be ready to spin a lot! 🌪

#### Cancellation Policy:
Please note that student deposits are 100% non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or discounts are given for arriving late, leaving early, or any other circumstances. If you cancel 90 days or more before the retreat, you’ll receive a 100% credit for future reservations. Cancellations 60-89 days before the retreat will receive credit minus the $500 deposit. No credit is given for cancellations within 60 days of the retreat. Credits expire two years after issuance and are non-transferable.
